Terms of Service
These terms describe the baseline rules for using Movaix, maintaining account security, and operating a workspace responsibly.
Accounts and workspace access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity performed through your account or invited workspace membership.
Workspace owners and admins are responsible for controlling who can access project content, AI settings, integrations, and sensitive documents within the product.
Acceptable use
You may not use Movaix to break laws, distribute malicious content, abuse other users, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to data or infrastructure.
Automated usage, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows must still respect applicable contracts, privacy obligations, and organizational policies.
Service availability
We may update features, APIs, and product behavior as the platform evolves. Reasonable effort is made to maintain continuity, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
If you rely on production email delivery, Google OAuth, or backend integrations, you are responsible for providing and maintaining the required third-party configuration.
