We also process workspace content such as projects, tasks, docs, comments, and configuration data so the product can power collaboration, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows.
How information is used
Your data is used to authenticate sessions, run workspace features, deliver password reset emails, and improve reliability across the product.
If AI features are enabled, workspace content may be processed to generate summaries, insights, or drafting assistance inside the app.
Sharing and retention
Movaix relies on infrastructure providers such as hosting, authentication, database, and email delivery services to operate the platform. We do not sell workspace data.
Data is retained for as long as the account or workspace remains active, unless deletion is required by law or requested through an authorized workspace administrator.
